Privacy Policy

ContractMath (https://contractmath.com) is operated by an individual developer, JIAN GUO. This policy explains what data we process and your rights.
1. Data we collect and store
- Free calculator: runs in your browser. We do not ask for your name or email, and inputs are not stored on our servers unless you buy a report.
- Paid Full Report: we store your calculator inputs (such as salary, hourly rate, state, filing status), the computed result and the payment status, linked to a random report link token. This is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV.
- Payment data: card and payment details are collected and processed by Waffo (our merchant of record) and, where used, PayPal, under their own privacy policies. We never receive or store full card numbers.
- Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites.
2. How we use data
Only to deliver the report you purchased, verify payment, prevent fraud and operate the Service. We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising.
3. Retention
Report data is kept for up to 12 months after purchase so your link keeps working, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records are retained by Waffo/PayPal as required by law.
4. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.
5. How to request access or deletion
Email [email protected] with your report link (or order number) and your request. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting, storage, analytics), Waffo (payments, merchant of record), PayPal (payments).
7. Changes
We will post updates on this page with a new effective date.
